CASH ON DELIVERY

• COD is not available for orders above the value of INR 15,000.
• If you do not accept a COD order, you will not be eligible to get back Rs. 200 (Partial COD charges)
• If you do not accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.
• Acceptance of partial COD orders is not permitted. The entire order must be accepted.
• If using a gift card or voucher to make a part payment, you may avail of our COD service to pay the balance.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• Order number
• Delivery address
• Specify the reason for return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and that the original tags are intact.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  

• We offer free shipping for all international orders.
• International orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Any part cancellation may attract shipping charges on the balance order.
• Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, we will unfortunately not be able to entertain any request related to non-delivery or late delivery.
• Jewellery products are not shipped internationally.

TERMS OF USE FOR CREDIT NOTE, GIFT CARD, OR VOUCHER:

• To apply for a credit note, log in from the same email ID to which the note has been issued.
• A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• A gift card cannot be cancelled, so please ensure you enter the correct details of the recipient.
• Multiple gift cards and credit notes can be used together to pay for a single order.
• The same credit note can be used multiple times until it runs out of balance.
• No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note or gift card.
• Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing.
• Discount vouchers will not apply to already discounted/sale items.
• The validity of credit notes, gift cards, and vouchers cannot be extended.
• If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, any refund against the purchase will be in the same form.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Shipping is free for all domestic orders
• Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, unless specifically mentioned in the product details.
• All orders are delivered to the shipping address submitted by you while placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Free shipping only on orders above USD 300 (after discount).
• Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the order value.
• All customs duties and charges are to be borne by the customer, applicable as per your country.

• Any part cancellation or refund of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE

• On discounted products, the price displayed at check-out will be deemed final.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable domestic taxes.
• All online or advance booking orders that cannot be fully/partially delivered will be refunded within 15 Days from confirmation of cancellation.
